The other big breakthrough we had was video. Using video, for me, has been a game changer. It’s the only way I can duplicate myself. The biggest limiting resource we have is time. If you hired a uni student to come and follow you round with a Handycam and recorded everything you ever did, that would be a very good use of money. You want to record everything you can. It’s the best way to duplicate yourself.
