- Ask about your actual situation, not the topic. "We are twelve people and every quote still comes through me" gets you somewhere. "How do I systemise?" gets you a definition.
- One question at a time. It will ask you things back, and the answer gets sharper each time it does.
- Say what you have already tried and why it did not stick. That stops it recommending the thing that already failed.
- If an answer feels general, push back and ask what to do first, this week. It will get specific when you make it.
