She recently became one of the world’s first 25 Chief Happiness Officers certified by Florida International University. She has been one of Dr Martin’s Seligman’s Authentic Happiness Coaches for the last 15 years.

She is the creator of the E-Course, “The Practice of Positive Leadership: Use the Science of Happiness to Engage Your Employees and Keep Your Customers Happy”

JoAnna is the Publisher of The Customer Care Coach® – A weekly self-study leadership training program in “The Art and Science of Exquisite Customer Care” as well as “Monday Morning Motivation” – a tool to keep employees focused on keeping the customers happy.

She has written over 600 articles and worked with companies that range in size from multinationals to small privately held companies. She is a popular and highly rated public speaker at conferences through the US. She has been a speaker resource for Vistage – the world’s largest CEO Peer-to-Peer organization for 21 years.
