Ask a chatbot how to handle a customer complaint and you'll get a reasonable answer. It won't know your refund rules, your tone or your tools.

That's a systems problem. The work you've done in this course fixes it. An SOP is a set of steps a person follows and an AI skill is a set of steps an AI follows.
